王新憲（1954年11月—），山西沁縣人，中華人民共和國政治人物。1975年10月加入中國共產黨。華南師範大學政治教育系政治專業函授本科畢業，中央黨校研究生院社會學專業研究生，高級經濟師，肢體殘疾。歷任廣州市殘聯副理事長、理事長、黨組書記；廣東省殘聯理事長、黨組副書記等職。2003年9月當選中國殘疾人聯合會副主席[1]，2008年11月當選殘聯第五屆執行理事會理事長[2]。中國共產黨第十七屆中央委員會候補委員[3]，2008年10月遞補為委員[4]。2012年10月，第十八屆中央委員。
