火正德（1953年1月—），上海人，中華人民共和國政治人物、外交官。
2006年，接替劉玉坤擔任中華人民共和國駐幾內亞大使[1]。2010年，由趙立興接任，其改任中華人民共和國駐突尼斯大使[2]。2013年卸任。
