灌口區（1956年4月—1958年1月）是中華人民共和國福建省廈門市歷史上的一個行政區劃，先後為同安縣縣轄區（1956年4月—1957年5月）和廈門市市轄區（1957年5月—1958年1月）。
1956年4月，同安縣設灌口區，轄13個鄉。1957年2月，灌口區的金山、白礁、錦宅、角尾等鄉劃歸龍溪縣（今屬漳州市龍海區角美鎮）；5月，灌口區劃歸廈門市，仍保留區公所，未設區人民委員會；8月27日，成立廈門市人民委員會的派出機關廈門市人民委員會郊區行政辦事處，灌口區歸其領導。1958年1月，灌口區撤銷，其所轄地域由郊區行政辦事處直接管轄[1][2]。
