潘承彪（1938年3月—），江蘇蘇州人，中國著名數學家，中科院院士[1]。是著名數學家潘承洞的胞弟。 曾師從閔嗣鶴[2]，是著名數論學家張益唐在北京大學時的研究生導師[3]。
