滿洲國皇帝，全稱大滿洲帝國皇帝，是大滿洲帝國君主的稱號。在實施君主制之前，名稱為執政。曾經擔任過滿洲國皇帝的僅有一人——溥儀。大滿洲帝國皇室事務大多數由大滿洲帝國宮內府管理。此外尚書府、侍從武官處、軍事諮議院、祭祀府等機關由皇帝直隸。
