溪螺科(學名:Amnicolidae)是截螺總科之下的一個科級小型淡水腹足綱軟體動物的分類單元,其物種有一個鰓及一個螺厴。

本科從2005年的《布歇特和洛克羅伊的腹足類分類》開始被歸到玉黍螺類支序[2]。在這之前,本科原是觿螺科之下的一個亞科。
溪螺科原為溪螺亞科,舊屬麂眼螺總科。2013年的新分類,所有淡水螺的分類單元從麂眼螺總科獨立出來成為截螺總科,本科亦成為了截螺總科的成員。2017年《布歇特等人的腹足類分類》依從這個修訂[3]。
根據2005年《布歇特和洛克羅伊的腹足類分類》,本科包括三個亞科[2]:
