泛舟（Rafting）是指利用橡皮艇或者竹筏，在時而湍急時而平緩的水流中順流而下的一種戶外運動方式[1]，為了安全，泛舟者需要頭戴安全帽和身穿救生衣。不同於漂流（Drift boat）[2]和Whitewater canoeing。皮划艇項目也是一項國際競技比賽項目[3]。
