毛林坤（1946年9月—），男，江蘇靖江人，中華人民共和國政治人物，第十一屆全國政協委員。
生平
1963年參軍入伍，歷任中國人民解放軍陸軍戰士，班長，文書，營部書記，排長，團政治處幹事，師司令部參謀，軍政治部幹事，軍政治部秘書；北京軍區政治部副處長，處長，副師職研究員；北京衛戍區政治部副主任。1993年，轉業進入國家保密局工作。1998年4月，任中央保密委員會辦公室主任、國家保密局局長。2003年10月，調任中共中央辦公廳副主任、中央保密委員會副主任。2008年3月，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表中國共產黨，分入第一組，並擔任第十一屆全國政協提案委員會副主任[2]。
