概率邏輯

概率邏輯（或或然性邏輯）的目標是組合概率論的處理不確定性的能力和演繹邏輯開發結構的能力。結果是更加豐富和更有表達力的形式化，並有廣闊的可能應用領域。概率邏輯的困難是增加了它們的概率論和邏輯構件的計算複雜性。

提議

有很多概率邏輯的提議：

• 術語「概率邏輯」首先用於[N86]，這裡的句子的真值是概率。提議的語義推廣導致了概率性邏輯蘊涵，在所有句子的概率都是要麼 0 要麼 1 的時候，它簡化為平常的邏輯蘊涵。這種推廣應用於可以建立句子的有限集合的一致性的很多邏輯系統。
• 在概率論證[KM95,H05]理論中，概率不直接附加到邏輯句子上。轉而它假定在句子中涉及到的變量 ${\displaystyle V}$ 的特定子集 ${\displaystyle W}$ 定義了在對應的子-σ-代數上的一個概率空間。這引出了有關 ${\displaystyle V}$ 的兩個不同的概率測度，分別叫做「支持度」和「可能度」。支持度可以被當作非加性(non-additive)「可證明性的概率」，它普遍化了普通邏輯的蘊涵(${\displaystyle V=\{\}}$)和經典後驗概率(${\displaystyle V=W}$)的概念。在數學上，這個觀點兼容於Dempster-Shafer理論。
• 證據推理[RLS90]理論也定義了非加性「可證明性的概率」(或「認識概率」)作為邏輯蘊涵(可證明性)和概率二者的一般概念。這個想法通過考慮一個認識算子 K 擴大了標準命題邏輯，它表示一個理性代理關於世界的知識陳述。概率接着定義在結果的所有命題句子 p 的「認識全集」 Kp 上，並爭論說這是對於分析者最好的信息。從這個角度看，Dempster-Shafer理論好像是概率推理的普遍形式。
• 主觀邏輯[J01]理論的中心概念是關於在給定邏輯句子中涉及的某些命題變量的「評判」。一個評判(opinion)是對表達各種無知程度的單一概率值的二維擴展。對於有關某個詢問變量的整體評判的計算，這個理論分別提議了對各種邏輯連結詞的算子。其中多數都完全兼容於 Dempster組合規則。
