梁宏賢（1958年10月—），陝西綏德人。男，漢族。1975年1月參加工作，1983年8月加入中國共產黨。西北大學政治經濟學專業畢業。
生平
1978年4月至1981年12月，在西北大學經濟系政治經濟學專業學習。1999年9月，任延安市人民政府秘書長。2001年7月，任延安市副市長。2003年5月，任中共延安市委常委、市政府常務副市長(其間：2005年9月至2007年12月，在香港理工大學工商管理碩士研究生班學習，獲工商管理碩士學位)。2008年2月，任楊凌農業高新技術產業示範區黨工委副書記、管委會常務副主任(正廳級)。2011年1月，任中共延安市委副書記，市政府副市長、代市長[1]。2016年10月，任中共陝西省委組織部副部長[2][3]。
2013年，當選第十二屆全國人民代表大會陝西地區代表[4]。2018年1月，任陝西省人大常委會副主任。2022年1月，辭去省人大常委會副主任職務[5]。
