楊雪崗（1965年—），河北邢臺人，漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十二屆全國人民代表大會河北地區代表。
畢業於河北水利專科學校，加入中國共產黨，擔任旭陽煤化工集團有限公司董事長。2008年起擔任全國人大代表[1]。2013年，被選為全國人大代表[2]。
