李培（1961年10月—），男，漢族，雲南馬龍人，中華人民共和國政治人物。曲靖地區財貿學校商業計劃統計專業畢業，中共中央黨校政法專業函授本科畢業，大學學歷[1]。
生平
1981年8月參加工作，1983年3月加入中國共產黨。歷任曲靖地區工商局局長，中共尋甸縣委書記，中共曲靖市委常委、市紀委書記、市委副書記、代市長、市長，中共文山州委書記等職。2011年11月，任中共雲南省委常委，次年8月兼任省委高校工作委員會書記[2]。2016年12月，不再擔任中共雲南省委常委[3]，任雲南省人大常委會黨組成員[4]。2017年1月，當選雲南省人大常委會副主任[5]。
