李哲人（1910年—1969年1月13日），山西省臨猗縣人。中華人民共和國政治人物。
1931年參加革命，畢業於運城第二師範學校、參加一二九運動，是中華民族解放先鋒隊主要負責人之一[1]。抗日戰爭時期，曾任太岳軍區四軍分區政治委員、地委書記等職。第二次國共內戰期間，擔任中共中央華北局政策研究室主任。歷任華北事務部農業組組長。1952年，任華北行政委員會貿易局局長。1953年，改任對外貿易部副部長、商業部副部長、國家經濟委員會副主任。1964年，任物資管理部副部長[2]。文化大革命期間受到迫害，因癌症於1969年1月13日逝世[3]。
