朱衛東（1966年5月—），是中國大陸的男性政治學者。來自安徽六安，為享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家，現任中國社會科學院台灣研究所所長、研究員。[2]
生平
1986年畢業於安徽師範大學思想政治教育專業[3]。1989年畢業於中國人民大學，獲法學碩士學位。曾擔任中國社會科學院台灣研究所政治研究室主任、所長助理、研究員、副所長等職務。2023年8月，任中國社會科學院台灣研究所所長[4]。
長期從事台灣問題研究，兼任國務院台辦海峽兩岸關係研究中心特約研究員、全國台灣研究會理事、中國戰略文化促進會常務理事、北京台港澳促進會常務理事。
