朱作言（1941年9月30日—），男，湖南澧縣人，中國細胞及發育生物學家，曾任中國科學院水生生物研究所所長、研究員，第十屆全國政協委員、第十一屆全國政協常務委員[1]。
生平
1965年畢業於北京大學生物系。1997年當選為中國科學院院士，1998年當選為發展中國家科學院院士。[1][2]
