朝覲章（阿拉伯語：الحج，羅馬化：Al-Ḥajj）[1]，音譯罕吉章，是古蘭經的第22章（蘇拉），共78節（阿亞）。
朝覲章降示於穆罕默德遷徙至麥地那之後，屬於麥地那篇章。該章因講述伊斯蘭教先知易卜拉欣修建克爾白並向世人宣布朝覲功課而得名。[2]
