曾艷（1969年7月—），女，漢族，廣西北海人，1992年加入中國共產黨，廣西大學中文系漢語言文學專業，廣西大學班政治經濟學專業經濟發展與社會管理方向碩士，北京航空航天大學管理科學與工程專業博士，在職研究生學歷，管理學博士，經濟師。曾任中共來賓市委常委、宣傳部部長、副市長，柳州市委常委、宣傳部部長、副市長，中共廣西壯族自治區黨委組織部副部長、老幹部局局長，雲南省文化和旅遊廳黨組書記、廳長。現任中共雲南省委常委、宣傳部部長[1][2]。
