曾祥煌（1914年—1981年），湖北潛江人。中國人民解放軍將領、中國人民解放軍開國少將。
1932年參加工農紅軍，1934年加入共產黨，1949年中華人民共和國成立後歷任旅大警備區副政委、57速成中學校長、雷達工程學院政委。1955年，授予中國人民解放軍少將[1]。
