易紅（1963年4月—），出生於中國四川省萬縣專區萬縣（今重慶市萬州區），中國機械工程專家。
易紅畢業於清華大學，1990年獲工學博士學位。同年進入東南大學機械工程系任教，歷任東南大學機械工程系現代製造技術教研室副主任、主任、機械工程系黨總支副書記、黨總支書記、黨總支書記兼系主任、東南大學校長助理、副校長、常務副校長等職。2006年6月8日，任東南大學校長，同時繼續擔任東南大學機械工程學院教授、博士生導師。2015年11月，任東南大學黨委書記[1]。2017年12月，調任中南大學黨委書記[2]。
