生平
方明任陝西省商洛市鎮安縣副縣長（掛職），中國電子信息產業集團有限公司審計部專理。因在脫貧攻堅戰中作出突出貢獻，2021年2月25日全國脫貧攻堅總結表彰大會上，方明被授予「全國脫貧攻堅先進個人」[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]。
