御握(日語:御握り/おにぎり Onigiri),別稱御結、握飯、御飯糰、日式飯糰、三角飯糰等,是日餐中將白飯捏成三角形或圓柱狀的米飯糰,外側通常會用海苔包住,和以醋飯製成的壽司不同。[1]御握中經常會加入梅子、醃製三文魚、鰹魚乾、海帶、明太子等酸鹹味道的食物以利於保存。
