生平
長期在中國人民解放軍部隊後勤部門工作。2008年，任總後勤部財務部部長。2012年7月，任總後勤部副部長。在其任內，《中華人民共和國軍人保險法》、《中國人民解放軍財務條例》等法律條例出台。2016年1月，任新成立的中央軍事委員會後勤保障部副部長[2]。
2005年晉升少將軍銜。2013年7月，晉升中將軍銜。
