周吉太（1938年7月—1995年11月28日），男性，湖南祁東人，1972年加入中國共產黨。畢業於華南工學院。中華人民共和國政治人物。曾任中共株洲市委書記等職務。中共十四大代表。
生平
周吉太早年在廣東的華南工學院就讀，畢業後被分配到株洲化工廠工作，最終官至該工廠副廠長[1]。1983年，周吉太離開國企，轉戰政界，先後出任中共株洲市委副書記、市人民政府常務副市長[2]:398，市人民政府市長，1990年6月升任中共株洲市委書記，後於1994年1月去職[2]:35-36。
1995年7月，周吉太轉任國企湖南省國際信託投資公司黨委書記、總經理，但在當年11月28日病逝[1]。
