吳長海（1954年2月—），遼寧新民人，中國人民解放軍中將。中國共產黨第十八屆中央委員會候補委員。
生平
中國人民解放軍國防大學畢業。1972年入伍，歷任陸軍第十六集團軍第四裝甲師政治部主任、政治委員，陸軍第十六集團軍第四十六摩步師政治委員。2002年任陸軍第二十三集團軍政治部主任，2003年任陸軍第二十三集團軍善後辦政治委員，2005年8月任陸軍第四十集團軍政治部主任，12月任陸軍第四十集團軍副政治委員兼紀委書記，2008年任瀋陽軍區聯勤部政委，2010年任南京軍區政治部主任[1]，2014年12月任南京軍區副政委，2016年1月至2017年1月任南京軍區善後辦政委[2]。
2012年7月晉升中將軍銜。
