吳正德（1945年5月—），四川成都人，漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物，四川省政協副主席。
加入中國民主同盟，擔任十一屆全國政協常務委員、民盟中央副主席、四川省委主委。2002年12月19日，民主同盟舉行九屆一中全會，他當選為民盟中央主席[1]。2007年12月，在民盟十屆一中全會上，他連任民盟中央副主席的職務[2][3][4]。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協常務委員[5]，代表中國民主同盟，分入第六組。[6]
