吉量是中國傳說的奇馬，外型為純白或帶有斑紋的白馬,雙眼金黃,鬃毛赤紅,頸部似雞尾。別名「雞斯之乘」。[1]也叫吉良，記載於《海內北經》。[2]手遊《山海鏡花》中的鏡靈也有吉良。

《山海經·海內北經》：「（犬封國）有文馬，縞身朱鬣，目若黃金，名曰吉量，乘之壽千歲。」
