詹姆斯·斯蒂芬·福塞特（英語：James Stephen Fossett，1944年4月22日—2007年9月3日），美國企業家、探險家，世界上首位乘坐熱氣球實現不間斷環遊世界者。他曾五次不間斷環遊世界，分別通過駕船、熱氣球和駕駛飛機完成。
2007年9月3日，福塞特駕駛的飛機在內華達山脈失蹤，之後的幾次搜救行動均未發現其蹤跡。2008年2月15日，福塞特被宣布死亡。同年9月，其遺骸被發現，10月得到DNA測試證實。
