卡蘿·S·德威克(Carol S. Dweck;1946年10月17日—)是美國史丹佛大學的行為心理學教授[1],現時是史丹佛大學的路易斯及維珍尼亞·伊頓心理學教授[2]。德威克以其思維模式的心理特質研究而知名:她認為人的思維模式可以分為下列兩種:一種是「僵固型思維模式」,會限制人的學習與成功;而另一種「成長型思維模式」則可使人們進步,相信他們可以通過投入熱情、教育、堅持來發展才能[1]。

她在2004年加入斯坦福大學之前,曾在哥倫比亞大學、哈佛大學和伊利諾伊大學任教 。她是美國心理協會(Association for Psychological Science)的院士[3]。
