過程流程圖（Process flow diagram，PFD）是用於化學工程與過程工程的流程圖，指示工廠過程與設備的一般流程，顯示工廠主設備之間的關係，並不顯示小的細節（如管線等）。

PFD可從過程模擬器（化學過程模擬器列表）、CAD包、化工流程圖軟件計算得出。規則與符號可以從標準化組織如DIN、ISO、ANSI得到。
