劉滿倉（1955年10月29日—），男，河南西峽人，中華人民共和國政治人物。新鄉師範學院（今河南師範大學）數學係數學專業畢業，中共中央黨校在職研究生學歷。
生平
1977年3月參加工作，1981年6月加入中國共產黨。歷任中共河南省委組織部副處長、處長，商丘地委委員、組織部部長，商丘市委常委、組織部部長、市委副書記、市長、市委書記等職[1]。2008年1月，當選河南省人民政府副省長[2]。2013年1月，任中共河南省委常委，次月兼任河南省委政法委書記[3]。2016年1月，當選河南省人大常委會副主任[4]。
