劉小華（1959年12月—2016年6月12日），男，漢族，廣東興寧人，中華人民共和國政治人物。中共廣東省委黨校研究生學歷，文學學士、管理學碩士。[1]
生平
出生於興寧市勝青村，早年在葉塘中學就讀，1975年畢業後進入大隊務農。1977年，中華人民共和國恢復大學入學考試，劉小華參加了此次考試，並以興寧文科組第一名的身份考入中山大學中文系[2]。1985年2月加入中國共產黨。2007年，出任中共河源市委副書記、市人民政府市長[3]。2011年2月，轉任中共湛江市委書記[4]。2016年3月，劉小華離開湛江，轉任中共廣東省委副秘書長。同年6月12日，自殺身亡[5]。
