劉世偉（1963年3月—），男，漢族，河南禹州人。1982年7月參加工作，1984年12月加入中國共產黨，在職研究生，管理學博士。曾任河南省人力資源和社會保障廳廳長，現任河南省人民政府秘書長。
簡歷
2003年10月，任河南省煤炭工業管理局副局長；2009年2月，任河南省工業和信息化廳副廳長；2011年9月，任河南省人民政府副秘書長；2014年7月，任河南省發展和改革委員會副主任。2016年1月，任河南省人力資源和社會保障廳廳長。[1][2]
