冬石楠（學名：Erica carnea）是歐石楠屬的一種植物，原產於歐洲中部、東部和南部山區的針葉林地或石坡上。

特徵

它是一種低矮的亞灌木，高10—25 cm（4—10英寸），葉長4—8公釐（0.16—0.31英寸），冬末至早春開花，總狀花序，花呈深紅或粉紅色，也有少數是白色。其種加詞的意思是「肉紅色的」。^[1]

栽培

它是一種非常常見的觀賞植物，已培育出100多個品種，在弱鹼性和酸性土壤中都可以生長。^[2]
