公父定叔（？—？），姬姓，太叔氏，名字已失考，諡定，共叔段之孫[1]，公孫滑之子[2][3]，鄭國大夫。
前678年，鄭厲公懲罰當年參與雍糾之亂的人，殺死了公子閼，並砍去了強鉏的雙腳。公父定叔逃亡到衛國。前675年，鄭厲公認為不可以讓共叔段在鄭國的後代沒有祿位，他認為十月是個滿數，是個好月份，就讓公父定叔在十月回國。[4]
