克里斯汀·西蒙尼·范奈絲（英語：Kirsten Simone Vangsness，1972年7月7日—[1]）是一位美國女演員。在哥倫比亞廣播公司電視劇集《犯罪心理》中飾演FBI技術分析師Penelope Garcia。同時也在《犯罪心理：嫌犯動機》飾演相同角色。[2]
早年生活
1972年7月7日范奈絲出生於加利福尼亞州帕薩迪納，她的祖先是挪威人，血統來自Gol，卑爾根和奧斯陸。[3]她在波特維爾長大，後來搬到喜瑞都。1990年她畢業於喜瑞都高中，隨後進入賽普里斯學院就讀。[4]然後畢業於加州州立大學富勒頓分校。
