俞陛雲（1868年—1950年10月12日），字階青，號樂靜居士，浙江德清人。中國近代學者，

生於蘇州。光緒二十四年（1898年）殿試中一甲第三名進士（探花），授翰林院編修。光緒二十九年（1903年）癸卯經濟特科進士。
後曾任浙江省圖書館監督、清史館協修，撰《清史稿》之〈兵志〉與部分列傳。
著有《蜀（輸）詩紀》、《小竹里館吟草》、《樂靜吟》、《詩境淺說》、《詩境淺說續編》、《唐五代兩宋詞選釋》、《清代閨秀詩話》等。
