亞歷山德羅·米雷西（義大利語：Alessandro Miressi，1998年10月2日—）生於都靈，是一名意大利男子游泳運動員，主攻自由泳[1]。他的母親是一名前壘球選手，父親是一名前棒球選手，妹妹同樣從事游泳運動[2]。他原本主攻足球，小學時，因為父母希望他和妹妹從事同一項運動而改練游泳[3][4]。
