烏爾瑚濟氏，亦作烏爾胡濟氏[1]、吳訥虎沁氏[2]，為滿族稀姓，世居松花江及烏蘇理，早期僅兩戶[2]。正黃旗古思克世居松花江，後金初期歸附，其子倭赫任協領、孫袞色、元孫巴晉泰任防禦[3]。正藍旗桑格世居烏蘇理，歸附年份不詳，其子珠爾泰任護軍校、留福綬任驍騎校、孫華色任防禦[4]。清朝時期最知名的人物為巴雅思胡朗，官至副都統，封騎都尉[2]。民國以後，以吳、烏為漢姓[2]。中華民國空軍總司令烏鉞為烏爾瑚濟氏[1]。
