中洛錫安郡（英語：Midlothian），是英國蘇格蘭的32個一級行政區之一。毗鄰首府愛丁堡，人口及面積等都算較小的區域。面積354km²，人口84,700（2013年）[1]。行政中心在小鎮達爾基斯（Dalkeith）。
歷史上這個地區曾正式是愛丁堡和愛丁堡郡的管轄範圍。如今有不少愛丁堡市內的事物仍然使用中洛錫安郡的名稱，比如蘇格蘭足球超級聯賽的哈茨足球隊的全名就是「中洛錫安之心」，但是其主場已完全不在該地區範圍內。
