關於寶貝總科物種的殻口，請見「殻口」。中央溝（英文：Central sulcus），亦稱中央裂，是大腦最為顯著的腦溝之一。中央溝分隔大腦兩個主要的「葉」。其前部是額葉，後部是頂葉。與中央溝相鄰的兩個腦回分別為中央前回和中央後回。其中，中央前回包括大腦的初級運動皮層和前運動區的部分；中央後回是大腦的體感皮層的所在處。中央溝向下方一直延伸到外側溝附近。
