中俄文化年，是根據《中俄睦鄰友好合作條約實施綱要（2005－2008年）》，2006年在中國舉辦「俄羅斯年」，2007年在俄羅斯舉辦中國年。2024年5月16日，中俄文化年再度開幕。[1]
