β桶狀結構

β桶狀結構（英語：Beta barrel）是蛋白質的一種三級構造。它由多條β摺疊帶通過反平行重疊成桶狀，兩段則由肽鏈殘基間的氫鍵結束。常見採取這種構造的蛋白有孔蛋白、跨膜蛋白以及其他需要與非極性分子打交道的蛋白。

在β桶中，β摺疊帶往往同時帶有親水與疏水性殘基。根據外部環境與管道需要，再將內外分別整理成親水或疏水的管道面。^[1]
