P4P排名，全稱為「pound for pound」，是拳擊[1]、綜合格鬥[2]等搏擊運動中使用的排名系統。P4P排名是在排除了體重的影響後，對不同體重級別的選手之間的綜合技術水準進行比較。
不同的P4P排名採用的具體標準、計算方式都會有所不同，並沒有一套完全客觀的標準。在職業拳擊領域，較權威的P4P排名有《拳台》雜誌的拳擊手排名。[3]而在綜合格鬥界，ESPN的P4P排名[4]接受了較廣泛的認可。
