馬拉卡斯特區（阿爾巴尼亞語：Rrethi i Mallakastrës）是阿爾巴尼亞的36個舊區之一，這些區份在2000年7月全部撤銷，並由新成立的12個州份取代。該區面積為325平方公里，人口數量為39,881人（2001年）[1]。該區位於阿爾巴尼亞南部，區府為巴爾什。該區的範圍為現今非夏爾州的馬拉卡斯特市鎮。
