項海帆（1935年12月19日—），出生於上海，原籍浙江杭州，中國橋梁工程專家。1955年本科畢業於同濟大學橋梁與隧道專業，1958年研究生畢業於同濟大學橋梁專業。[1]1995年當選為中國工程院院士。[2]
