韓頹（?—?），北魏襄城王。
韓頹原為襄城公。皇興三年（469年）十一月，襄城公韓頹進爵為襄城王[1]。東萊人王道翼隱居韓信山四十餘年，魏獻文帝聽說後，青州刺史韓頹遣使就山徵召，王道翼赴國都平城[2]。李惠弱冠之年承襲父爵，娶襄城王韓頹之女，生下二女，長女即魏孝文帝的母親思皇后[3]。太和四年（480年）正月戊午，襄城王韓頹有罪，削爵徙邊[4]。
