生平
萬曆四十年（1612年）壬子科四川鄉試舉人，初任新安縣教諭，天啓二年（1622年）成壬戌科進士。選翰林庶吉士，四年正月授檢討，六年十月充《光宗實錄》纂修官，七年五月與給事中張惟一典試浙江。崇禎中，升國子監司業，典試南畿，以出題失當朝意，罷官寓居金陵，以文學風雅名於時，卒年七十八。著有《三朝紀略》、《雪齋詩集》。墓在縣東觀音橋[1]。
