陳卓（1925年4月—2013年3月21日），原名朱瑞祥，中華人民共和國政治人物，河北任丘人，曾任河北省公安廳副廳長、西藏自治區黨委副書記，政法委書記兼公安廳長，司法部副部長。第七屆[1]、第八屆[2]全國政協委員。
擔任司法部副部長時，參與林彪、江青反革命集團案件的審判工作，任被告辯護組和法庭技術組組長。
1982年至1989年，任中國政法大學黨委書記。
