陳偉才（1972年—），廣東陽春人，漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十二屆全國人民代表大會廣東地區代表。
畢業於中國人民公安大學警察管理專業。加入中國共產黨。2004年9月至2006年4月，擔任廣州市東山區華樂街黨工委副書記。2008年起擔任全國人大代表[1]。2008年4月至2013年7月，任廣州市公安局人事處副處長、處長；2008年9月至2012年3月，任廣州市公安民警基金會辦公室主任。2013年，擔任全國人大代表[2]。後擔任格力副總裁[3]。
