郭氏（17世紀—1681年），即清朝三藩之亂時周末代皇帝吳世璠的皇后，郭壯圖的女兒。周元年（康熙十二年，1673年），爆發三藩之亂。昭武元年（康熙十七年，1678年），吳三桂稱帝。同年，吳三桂去世，其孫吳世璠即位，封正妻郭氏為皇后。洪化三年（康熙二十年，1681年），吳世璠兵敗，昆明陷落，吳世璠自刎，郭氏投繯自縊。
